Osijek Office provides support and guidance to victims and witnesses required to testify in court, as well as free primary legal aid, in accordance with the Law on Free Legal Aid. The office operates in the area of Osijek-Baranja county, offering:

  • Free Primary Legal Aid
  • Legal Counseling
  • Emotional Support
  • Psychosocial Support
  • Practical Infromation
  • Referral to Institutions or Other NGO-s
  • Accompaniment to Court and Other Relevant Institutions

Support is available:

  • To adults
  • Over the phone and in person
  • From 8 AM to 4 PM (only on weekdays)

Network          

The Office in Osijek is a part of  the “Network of Support and Cooperation for Victims and Witnesses of Criminal Offences“. It is an initiative funded by the Ministry of Justice, Administration and Digital Transformation that aims to provide support to victims and witnesses in counties lacking established Victim and Witness Support Departments. The project is managed by Women’s Room – Center for Sexual Rights in collaboration with 10 civil society organizations.
